Will I lose weight by doing this? :)?

Well it all depends on the regions you want done and slimmed the torso area try crunches and try laying down on a chair (your stomach on the seat part) and put your arms around your head and pull your legs and head up at the same time until it begins to het really hard than rest and never push urself to a limit dont starve urself with juat salad you can eat fish chicken and many other meats ti help sustain protein in your body and while walking your dog what ibdo is try to get ahead and stay ahead of him for a couple minutes than rest and the water u dont need to just drink water you can also drink milk and some juices that have REAL fruits in them try making fruit smoothies with normal old yogurt and bananas strawberries and other fruits and make your own fruit juice and also whatever helps you lose weight people are different and have various metabolisms and there are many ways to lose weight and believe in yourself listen to motivating music and youll achieve nut ad i said dont push urslef
