Why are my hips so wide? (I'm a male)?

For some reason, I have these WIDE hips that really make my body look...haha...um.....feminine. It's weird. I'm not sure what I'm talking about when I say this >>> but is there cases where a guy's estrogen level alters his body to where it looks...err...womanly? I SWEAR I'm not even sure what I'm talking about, haha. All I know is that my hips are indeed wide, and I just want to know why.
