What if he leaves one day?

Me and and my husband have been togehter for almost three years we've known each other since I was 15 and he was 19. Now im 20 and he's 24. I've had 2 miscarriages and a still birth in 2 years. We love each other but sometimes i get scared that he's going to leave because of the baby problem or because of my other problems like not cooking so great hes mexican wo food is a big deal. He's kind most of the time but let's me know when things bug him eventually i get emotional and it bugs him. I guess i just feel like im not womanly enough and insecurities about myself are starting to get to me. Am i overreacting or what could i say to him to take me more seriously about my issues.
